The Environmental Geochemistry at La Salle University studies mineral-fluid reactions that are important in soil and aqueous environments. These range from studying contamination in the urban soils, developing methods for treating wastewater produced from oil and gas operations, and understanding mineral reactions with important greenhouse gases such as CO2.
